The „Life Goals Lock In 60“ is a 60-day challenge starting May 1st, aiming to help you achieve significant progress on your two biggest goals. It’s a focused reset, not a hustle plan, for those struggling with distractions. The short timeline forces focus, countering Parkinson’s Law. Steps include: choosing 1-2 specific goals, preparing your environment by removing distractions, creating a flexible ABC daily action plan, taking consistent action daily, setting a scroll budget, and incorporating a daily reset moment. This challenge emphasizes intentionality and removing unproductive habits to unlock your potential. Prepare by defining goals, actions, and cleaning digital feeds to succeed.

Why a 60 Day Challenge for Your Goals?
There’s a concept called Parkinson’s Law: work expands to fill the time available for its completion. Most of us treat our goals like year-long projects, and then we wonder why we’re still in the same place twelve months later.
If you’ve been trying to figure out how to make progress on your goals in 60 days, the answer is simpler than you think: a shorter timeline forces focus, and focus is the whole point. Sixty days is enough time to see real, visible results. It is also short enough that it actually feels doable.
If you’re in a place where you know what you want but you keep letting things get in the way, this lock in challenge is your reset. It is a chance to ditch the habits holding you back and prove to yourself what you’re actually capable of.

The Lock In 60 Challenge Rules
Step 1: Choose Your Top Two Priorities
Pick one to two goals you want to lock in on for the next 60 days. Be specific enough that you’ll know whether you achieved them.
Focus on two different areas of your life, like health and money, so they don’t compete for the same energy. More than two goals splits your focus and slows your progress. Get clear, get specific, and commit.
Step 2: Prep Your Environment Before You Start
Remove what’s distracting you before day one. Unsubscribe, mute, delete, and block whatever pulls you away from your priorities.
Make the things you don’t want to do harder to access. Clean up your feeds, set app blockers on your phone and computer, and clear out anything in your physical space that works against your goals. The first week is the hardest. Don’t make it harder than it has to be.
Step 3: Build Your ABC Action Plan
Having an ABC plan allows you to have flexibility and backups for your plan. Make three versions of how you’ll take action on each goal every day. Your A plan is the full version. Your B plan is a solid backup. Your C plan is the minimum that still counts as showing up.
Aim for your A plan 80 to 90 percent of the time, but never use a hard day as a reason to quit. Some version of action always gets done. No all-or-nothing thinking allowed.
Step 4: Take Action on Both Goals Every Single Day
This is non-negotiable. Every day for 60 days, you take action on both of your priorities. It does not have to be perfect. It just has to happen.
Your A, B, or C plan always gets executed. Consistency over intensity, every time.
Step 5: Set a Daily Scroll Budget
Choose a set amount of screen time for scrolling each day and stick to it. Sixty minutes is a good starting point. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
Use your phone’s built-in limits or app settings to enforce it. This applies to Instagram, Threads, and anything else you mindlessly browse. Your computer for work doesn’t count. Just be honest with yourself about how you’re actually spending your time.
Step 6: Take a Daily Reset Moment
Set aside 10 to 20 minutes each day with no input, no noise, no scrolling. Go for a walk, journal, sit outside, or tidy your space. Pick one thing and just do that.
This is your time to breathe, think, and check in with yourself. Use it to reflect on how the 60 day goal challenge is going and reconnect with why you started. Hustle mode is not the point.

How to Prepare For the Challenge
The prep stage matters just as much as the challenge itself. Here is what to do before May 1st:
1. Write down your one to two biggest goals and get specific.
Ask yourself: how will I know if I achieved this?
2. Define what daily actions will actually move you toward those goals.
Keep it straightforward. Do you have a designated time, place and specific action? Make a list of what you need to get done daily.
3. Identify your biggest time-wasting habits and make them harder to access.
Remove easy access to your biggest vices.
4. Clean up your feeds.
Mute, unfollow, unsubscribe, and block keywords that pull your attention away from what matters. Consider following a few accounts that are a step ahead of you in your goal area.
5. Decide what you will do instead when the urge hits.
Have a replacement ready, like going for a walk or making a cup of tea.
The first week is the hardest. Your habits haven’t shifted yet and this is so normal. Set yourself up before you start so the defaults work in your favor.
This Is NOT About Doing More
This 60 day goal challenge is not about adding more to your plate. It is about removing what is not working and being intentional with the time you already have.
