We joined chef Sandra Macias at Tau Beach Club in Puerto Vallarta for a cooking class that taught us how to make tuna tostadas with the freshest ingredients. The view was dreamy and the result? A delicious bite! Maria, who doesn’t spend much time in the kitchen, left feeling confident she could actually recreate these dishes at home.

Tuna tostadas
Recipe ingredients:
For tuna
Fresh tuna, cubed (90g)
Soya sauce (35ml)
Cucumber, diced (15g)
Lime juice (10ml)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Sesame seeds
Pineapple, diced (optional)
For guacamole
1 avocado, mashed
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
Combine all guacamole ingredients. Spread a generous layer on a tostada. Combine tuna ingredients and spoon on top for a light and delicious bite.
